Yes. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and roughly 100 m² of floor space means a family is not stacked on top of each other, and the kitchen means you are not eating every meal out. The apartment sleeps up to five. Tell us who is travelling when you enquire and we will confirm the sleeping arrangement.

Kigali International Airport is a short drive from the door. Send your flight number when you book and someone will be there with keys whatever the hour — there is no front-desk cut-off to work around. Airport transfers, hire cars and drivers are arranged through Kigali Cars, an independent operator we point guests to.

One type: a two-bedroom, two-bathroom serviced apartment of roughly 100 m². Both bedrooms are doubles and the master is en-suite. It sleeps up to five, and it is always let whole — you do not share it with other guests.

There is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The dining table seats six and doubles as a desk, and the living area is separate from both bedrooms — so a call in the afternoon does not take over the whole home.

Short stays start from around US$63 per night as an indicative rate — the firm figure depends on your dates and how long you are staying, and we confirm it when you enquire. Weekly and monthly rates are lower per night and are quoted per stay rather than published, because a three-month posting and a three-night trip are not the same booking.

Send your dates. The quickest route is WhatsApp — every booking button on this site opens a message with your dates, guest count and the apartment already written in, so you only have to press send. You can also use the enquiry form. A person replies with availability and a firm rate, usually the same day. There are no booking fees on a direct booking.

A single night. Short stays run from one night up to 29, priced per night; from 30 nights the stay is quoted monthly. Late check-in is fine when arranged in advance.

Yes — long stays are a large part of what the building does. Consultants, NGO and diplomatic postings, relocating families and project teams stay for a month or more. Stays of 30 nights and up are quoted at a monthly rate, and the practical things that decide a long stay — a kitchen with a door, your own washing machine, two bathrooms, room to work and secure parking — are already there.

Usually yes, subject to the apartment being free. Postings and projects move, so tell us as early as you can and we will hold the dates rather than re-let the apartment around you. An extension that takes the stay past 30 nights is re-quoted at the monthly rate.

Yes. Companies and organisations place staff here for assignments of a week to several months. Tell us who the booking is for and how long the assignment runs, and we will quote it for that period rather than night by night.
